    akong nakita sa tv, ang pinaka baga nga fats nimo, mao ang pinaka dugay mawala..

    Btw, unsa na ka kadugay nag GYM? try some sports as well, cross train, para maka loose og fats..

    i learned t.s na cardio ang best way na paabs.. no matter how develop ur muscles are inside if dili mawagtang ang adipose tissue nga gatabon, dili ra gihapon makit.an... Ergo, jog, run, jump, basta any cardio exercise, pyts na.. mao sad ni ako gihimo run na mura nagud ko ug kalansay sa upper body nako but akong belly naa gihapon fats.. waaa..

    ako what make sure na maka 100 crunches ako daily then nag bawas ako ng carbs i replace it with wheat bread. mas mabilis ka mag kakaron ng abs nun. kaya suki ako ng sandwich guy. they serve sandwiches on wheat bread tapos fresh pa lahat ng palaman nila kaya much healthier.

    tan.awa ang afterburn workouts ni Mike Chang sa youtube..nana man tay abs according niya pero because of the fats that cover the abs, mao dli makita ato abs. Get rid of the fats first before going to any abs workout is preferred, para mka 6-pack abs jud ka.
