    i guess the TS want to provide the latest update about the call centers. maybe we can help if we provide updated information for the benefit of all readers. if we find something misleading, maybe it would be better to provide the right information so that the TS may update the thread

    daghan kaayo accounts, daghan employees with different past experiences and different positions.. so lahi lahi jud nag rates and benefits. lahi lahi pud og feedback. imagine sa kadaghang positive and negative sa usa lang ka call center. sa ila ganing specific threads taas na gani more than hundred pages na nya itipun og nimo diri? LOL

    imagine ang tanang agents sa call centers mosulod diri just to protest dili tinuod or sayop ang info.. gets?

    thanks for the comment CocoCrunch. this thread aims to give an overview of call centers so only important or helpful comments will be reflected on page 1. any protest from employees (preferably with the corrected information) will be highly appreciated and the corrections will be duly reflected on page 1 for the benefit of readers.

    CVG may be a great company pero "account-wise" naa sila isa ka pobre nga account. it's like a tier 2 account where in the CSRs do a tech work and only get basic pay.
    according sa ako mga friends diha na account, dato lage kay taga CVG (sa dungog) pero pobre diay daw sa tinuod.

    thanks for the info masakiton. AT&T ISP (not Accenture-AT&T) is one of the difficult demanding accounts/clients (very high, unrealistic and uncontrollable Customer Satisfaction standards)
