LOL
imagine ang tanang agents sa call centers mosulod diri just to protest dili tinuod or sayop ang info.. gets?

CVG may be a great company pero "account-wise" naa sila isa ka pobre nga account. it's like a tier 2 account where in the CSRs do a tech work and only get basic pay.
according sa ako mga friends diha na account, dato lage kay taga CVG (sa dungog) pero pobre diay daw sa tinuod.
thanks for the info masakiton. AT&T ISP (not Accenture-AT&T) is one of the difficult demanding accounts/clients (very high, unrealistic and uncontrollable Customer Satisfaction standards)
