What I did was started to create a fortune from small change, and realize that what it takes is diligent discipline. I don't have a real business asset yet, but I'm acquiring paper assets through investments.
Are you from IMG? You had me at the Kiyosaki quote.

    Dear TS,

Naay options (random) akong ika share lang nimo ehehehe:
-If you have a good credit line and collateral assets there's the banks
-if DMD ang mainstream banks naay daghang rural banks or SME banks
-if DKML naay sum coops who have loan options
-Believe it or not, some government agencies have loan funds (mga NGAs ni sila I believe -National Government Agencies)--depende sa industry na belong imo negosyo, there's DTI, DOST, DOLE..sometimes even municipalities pero dpende kung muFIT imong concept sa ilang requirments and needs
-Some sub-government institutions offer funding, partial, full or in services: CebuInIT is a good example (Technology Business Incubator na sha sa sugbo)~igoogle lang parts xD
-If product based na imong negosyo or idea lisod2 na ilaunch without partners
-if service based na brad..you can BOOTSTRAP --meaning EMPLEYADO pero growing ur BIZ on the side, gaining reputation until such a time ma overpower ang imong employee na sweldo sa imong sideline services biz..
-if waley ka gadali invest in your self brad...learn ur industry b4 diving--slowly but surely
-if chill2 sa ka..long term tirada>mag Mutual Funds, UTIF, Insurance
-Kung naka invest naka in knowledge og kakitag mentors hala DIVE sa Stock Market Investing then Attack FOREX
-Kuing maayu ka manabi pagspeaker or sales or go Real Estate

..lastly, di na madali2 ang negosyo..think things thru..kung madali2 man gani na, aw basin networking na..

PEACE! Be kind to one another
