i think he's using his own private car... haven't heard of any new vehicle purchases at city hall and if they do, it's usually below 1m. perhaps he got the plate from the barangay association wherein he heads.

as to the incident, it's unfortunate but somehow, it gets confusing reading from the news. unsa man gyuy tinood, kahibaw siya nga naka dam-ag siya or wala? kung kahibaw siya nganong iya ra mang gipasagdan? instead, nanawag siya sa iyang mga tanod nga maoy nidala sa biktima sa hospital. and, to what extent man sad ang injury nga grabe man kaayo ang media mileage?

hit&run case may be true to faelnar. too bad, there's the interferance of politics, especially by atty. salvador solima. solima is the nemesis of faelnar in the last last brgy elections, and LOST!!
