    sa akong nbaw.an basta mulapas ka sa company ug 6 months by kay regular na ka by default.. hahah since ang title dre kay immediate resignation man.. murag duna man mga reasons na maka.apply ug immediate resignation.. like health issues na makatakod imo sakit.. hehehe pero nindot jud ug magsturya mo sa HR kay arun magkasinabot..

    pa double check lang pud kuno kung wah ba jud siyay gi pirmahan nga contract or any documents or papers nga mag prove nga employed sya anang companyaha...

    kung way mga documents nga gi pirmahan, aw delikado na, ngano man ma regular siya kung way pinirmahay? naa guro na oi, double check nalang unsay details sa pinirmahan... pero angay jud ng mo render og 30 days...

    by the way, unsa manang companyaha? daku na? BPO na? kay kung BPO, haskang daghana man kog mga kaila nga manag AWOL rman og manag immediate resignation wah man jud makiha... mao lang, kasagaran wala na silay back pay...

    after 6 months automatic regular na. No need for contract.

    file a complaint sa iyang company or boss sa NLRC, mas mahusay na didto kay naay mediator!

    30-days notice is acceptable unless if indicated otherwise in the contract

    salary is supposed to be given every 15 days so it will only be the last 15 days that will be a bit delayed due to computations

    any proof of regular payment like bank deposits may be helpful in establishing an employer-employee relationship
