to-a pa si TS sa iyang suking tindahan. tapos naman siya read sa post ni kit
why not ask Mr. Google and Ms. Youtube TS...be initiative ^^
naa ma'y commercially available. ngano maglisod2 man jd?
You tube ra jud na...Pero best way is to go out and see hollowblock makers, kadto mga mason lang.
guys pls be sensitive in posting lang pud. hinay-hinay lang ta, kamo pud kay salig pud mo abig naa sa internet unya di mo ma kita grabe kaayo mo maka comment og maka ubos kaayo mura bya og unsa pud mo ka maayo. that's why im asking because i want to learn more JUST INCASE and HOPING somebody here is kind enough to share his/her knowledge. Actually taod-taod nako naka kita ana mga links but those are more like basic instructions and steps, im more interested sa kana mga secret methods and computations based on people who have knowledge on that area. Like there's sand, gravel and cement mix on it. But do you know what type of sand? what size? and what ratio? naa gani uban mu gamit mura og pita. then there's even molasses to be mixed para mu lig-on ang CHB. there are so many ways how to manipulate the ingredients and ratio to come up with the cost efficient block, not only sa pagdilute sa cement with the chokers and pebbles . I know the best way is to instruct my workers to experiment on it but ako lang is na"MASI" lang ko nga nay tinuod kahibaw diri sa computation unya maka tabang just to save my time.
Im not posting this just to sound humorous and basically not finding ways. so pls katong mga way alam, stay out nalang and stop posting senseless comment kay sayon ra kaayo pag ingon unsaon paghimo og hollow block but dira man gud na magdaog sa timpla. i hope i made my question clear, ako lang gi basic ako initial post so as not to sound so technical.
Hollow block making is an art bai and it's also a mastery. Dili na nimo makuha in a very short while and wala say "sakto" nga formula. Master hollow block makers don't weigh the ingredients para ma kuha ang sakto nga composition sa end product. Mas maayo mo doul ka anang nga mag himo jud ug hollow blocks for help or basin naa silay kaila nga pwede nimo ma hire nga mo train sad sa imo workers and don't instruct your workers "to experiment on it." Different types of sand are used in hollow blocks, depende man na kung asa gamiton ang hollow block, fine grains are used to make strong blocks and sand grains with pebbles are used for typical hollow blocks.
Additionally, ang imo man gud nga post kay you sound like newbie kaayo ug dating bai, like total newbie jud. You could have specified nga naa nakay basic knowledge and want to know more, advanced knowledge about hollow block making para maka receive pud ka ug sakto nga response.
So, if you want to know the secrets of making good hollow blocks, reach out to a master hollow block maker.
thanks sir for the advice. I guess my best bet is to ask around other CHB makers. Hopefully kung mka lugar ko ill shop around lang unya.
Mao lagi, wa nalang pud nako gi detail kaayo pagask kay basig way mu tubag but unsaon man daghan man pud mu sakay. Again thanks for the positive response.
pag himo sad og brick TS aron mo palit ko kanang red brick kay mag himo ko og fireplace kay mo sod kuno si santa clause is coming to town na daw karon december! weeeeeeeee!!!!
