will the audio box work for my LG HDTV with optical out to my desktop Logitech Z-2300 with 3.5mm jack? cheap audio setup lang kay besides native media player sa TV kay AC3 ra pwede taman.

u mean to say a toslink to your 3.5mm jack? i would say it will not work since a signal that is coming out from an optical out in your hdtv or other digital sources are digital bitstream or PCM, it depends on the digital source which both of these two iya gi decode.
