i agree but she placed herself in a delicate, compromising situation. so she was not 100% innocent. nobody forced her. the crime was still a consequence of her action.

i dont believe Nicole was after for money. if she was, she could have an out of court settlement. dili baya lalim nga pakaulawan lang imong family tungod lang sa kwarta. i dont think Nicole could do that. the court had rendered its verdict so could we stop our prejudices now? its not fair for Nicole.

some facts i know about the case;

Nicole was not alone, she was with her older sister at the club the night she was raped.
She had a US marine(not Daniel Smith) boyfriend who finance her travel from Mindanao and stay at Subic.

Indeed a NO is a NO but that also needs to be proven in the court that she actually said NO . Remember , MONEY can make a NO to YES and YES a NO but we will leave it like that . I am not siding with the American but I am speaking as to what someone said earlier as a MAN .

She is just lucky enought that DoD has ZERO TOLERANCE on SEXUAL HARRASMENT and she took advantage of it with the help of some people who obviously knows the INS and OUTS .

if you believe on the rape then it was not a consensual *** at all. i couldnt believe you guys said justice was served then said it was Nicole's fault why she was raped. diba injustice na sad na? i hope its not because we keep on stereotyping that Filipino women whore themselves basta foreigners! i hope its not. really sad.
