here goes another bill that'll thicken the already-thick "book of laws" of the philippines.....
why not pass a bill "IMPLEMENTING" the already existing bills!?!?!?!?

As always atong mga bill for the present situation rajud mu apply.
They should make a law nga dapat tanan sidewalk ma triple ang width, mag butang ug bike lane, green strip and well lit kung gabie. Kay maski hawanan pana ang mga present sidewalks kung pirti gihapon nipisa .5 to 1 meter ra ligsan gihapon ta ana.
Were too lenient on sidewalk width and most of us kay kuntento rasad ana, sadly we prioritize cars in our country instead of people.

Am against it but if its to only way to clean our side walks and if its beneficial for the pedestrians. Their are times that this vendors poses a threat, pickpockets, pushers, swidlers are amongst this vendors & for their welfare and for thier security of the public the bill should be passed.
