    Ok raman nang sa balay lang pero kadugayan ma abtan ka ug kalaay, like me. Mas nindot jud unta nang naa ka sa gym mag workout.

    ok rana, pero naay daghan kuwang if dumbell ra dyud naa pay lain parts sa body nga di ma igo if dumbell ra gud, you need something like barbell, machine for leg presses and peck deck and others. =)

    but home workout is good for your health though but don't expect too much improvement..

    even olympic athletes go to gym to improve their body... what more us. na nag work ..

    ask lang, unsa man jud imu target? padaku'g muscle? pa-niwang? Upper body and Abs lang? wala'y labot tiil?

    kay pwede ra man, Push up, Hand stand Push up, Sit-ups, og daghan pa ko nahibaw.an nga wa ko kahibaw sa pangalan.. wa'y dumbells pero maka-build gihapon og muscle, weight sa lawas ra gamitun..
