ceres bus liner was owned by vallacar transit corporation from bacolod city by by Ricardo B. Yanson and his wife, Olivia Villaflores Yanson.
first route was Bacolod City-Valladolid-La Carlota route (hence, Vallacar) and christened it Ceres Liner.
