actually guys speaking of invites yes currently its suspended (for the mean time).

i ald ask one of the guys from G+ and its all about demographics.

that includes if a certain area wala pa kaayo users yes they can fire an invitation/enable the invites but if daghan na users on that area it will be suspended for quite sometime.

this way makita nila asa ang demand/ asa padung ang mga invites/ kinsa ang e invite etc etc.
