Anyway, i just turned off system restore, and trying to defragment now. Someone also told me to download an anti-malware software, so im doing that now too.
I'll download the rest of the suggested programs in a bit....................loading........

you better delete that file.. I think its just an unnecessary file and if you can as well, delete all files sad in the temp folder.. Go to 'Run' and type '%temp%..'
You can also try to download Hijackthis tool to check for any inconsistencies in your files.. especially mga CRC errors...
RESULT FROM TURNING OFF SYSTEM RESTORE:
The defragmeter will analyze the disk, and when it reaches 90%, it will say the same error again.
