It's only been a few minutes and my brain is confused already. GAHHH

Anyway, i just turned off system restore, and trying to defragment now. Someone also told me to download an anti-malware software, so im doing that now too.

I'll download the rest of the suggested programs in a bit....................loading........

try this daw...How to gain access to the System Volume Information folder

you better delete that file.. I think its just an unnecessary file and if you can as well, delete all files sad in the temp folder.. Go to 'Run' and type '%temp%..'

You can also try to download Hijackthis tool to check for any inconsistencies in your files.. especially mga CRC errors...

RESULT FROM TURNING OFF SYSTEM RESTORE:


The defragmeter will analyze the disk, and when it reaches 90%, it will say the same error again.
"The scan has been canceled because an error occurred in file:

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{F8136B96-1D4C-4145-839F-7B8F940A9052}\RP257\A0114109.INI"

This didn't work..
