    yes yes and yes. though it was "phased out" because of corruptions, it does not mean that it is essentially ineffective. the system is not wrong, its the people who manipulate it.
    that is what we need now in this pathetic, crab-mentality dominated country. discipline.
    if you check out almost all of the posts in this thread it is either absurd and ignorant if not downright stupid.
