The only sensationalized officers in the team were Paul Labra and Adonis Dumpit, the others were members of the Cebu City SWAT. Did Torres really indicate Dumpit and PO2 Alega as his shooters?

Also, didn't Torres admit to the media that he did engage these law enforcers which prompted them to shoot back?

Based on personal knowledge, Dumpit and Alega are competent enough to silence this guy for good, if they wanted to. And with the story that Torres did shoot at them, they probably had the green light to kill him. However, much to a lot of people's disappointment, they did not.

Maybe we could look at these law enforcers from a different light. maybe, just maybe there are some good cops in Cebu after all.

Wala koy bilib ana ni DUmpit kay tungod naka-ila ko niya yet siya wala naka-ila nako mao pabor ko him being involved in the scenario . On the other hand maybe tinuod gyud sulti sa mga witnesses and victims pointing their fingers to Torres pero ang usa ka angulo na pod ani is :

-murag tinuod na bug-toon na siya kay wala nay gamit ?

-puppet sa mga higher hierarchy and humana siya sa iyang misyon and baho na kaau iyang pangalan ?

-delikado mo pyait unya sa mga nagsugo niya mao hiposon na ?

Just because ALIGA and DUMPIT were competent kuno sharp shooters and they only hit them in leg wasnt justifable enough na basin nakataghap ra diay kay Llike I said they are only sharpshooters kung ga talikod ang kontra and obviously na igo sa front tight si Torres to therefore ga atubang siya . Unless stated that he ( Torres ) has a shoot to kill order than maybe pero there was none .
