What are the criteria in judging the universities?

proud ko nga ika-9 ag USC but im dissatisfied with my college / department...

graduating there made me realize that the views of the public are somewhat TRUE... i tried to abide with their rules yet ang ending non-favorable and not pro-student... suya lang ko sa ako mga ka batch sa laing schools with the same degree i graduated with kai hapsay ila pagtrato. But with my experience, they totally fail and unfair in giving me the rightful treatment a good student.
FYI sa ubang mureact negatively [im sure there are and will question me]: i think i deserve a proper treatment because:

a. good grades until graduation [failed in one minor class because of a certain dispute and i was "naamong" almost the entire students of the class failed and up until now bisan ming grad ko wa jud nasulbad, pila nami ka students mingtry ug communicate according to hierarchy] actually my GWAG is 1.68 ~ eventhough naa koi 5.0 naakabot japon ko ana nga grade which signifies nga wa jud ko nagbinuang while im a student.

b. i have good attendance [major ba na or minor but naa jui usahay nga muabsent ko but it does not greatly affect my performance in school]

c. no record of violation sa school laws [e.g. ID violation and the like]

sorry for the rant medyo nalain rajud ko sa nahitabo naho sa amo school i have mixed feelings for this one although i can not deny nga proud pud ko gamay... PM lang mo naho if ever you want me to expound further... i dont think i deserve what treatment i have

actually wala man jud "maoy" ranking...kana giprovide sa babaw(not yours) kay sa QS na xa...and mao na ang widely accepted rankings sa world univerisities and they have their methodology na transparent...although CHED and PRC also ranks schools based sa board exam ratings...

however, ang imo giprovide na link kay wala jud ko kabalo unsa ang basis ana...hehehe
