Dili si Spoelstra ang problema, bisan unsaon pana pag bali2x ug strategize ni Erik ang gameplan nila. Ug quitter iyang mga players, wala jui makuot ang heat na resulta. Take a look at the Olajuwon-Barkley-Drexler/Pippen & coach Tomjanovich led Houston Rockets back then or you might even wanna consider the '04 Lakers, mas gahi pa gani to nga line-up w/ Shaq, Kobe, Malone, Payton & Phil Jackson as coach.

Certainly not, for me he is an underrated coach.

he leads Miami to the playoffs even with D Wade only plus a lot of players come and go. Until the Big 3 was form, they had a rough ride all season long but certainly they overcome the adversity, i just cant forget how Lebron shove Erik Spoelstra on the time they had their streaks of losses, but if you come to think of it, where they are now? they went to the NBA finals but lost, Miami look so dominant until they gave up a lot of hopes to Dallas for a series of comeback wins. its the rooster needs to revamp or one of their superstar is not living up the hype, just cant handle the pressure.

It might not be the coach's fault but in relation to the question about the possibility of Erik Spoelstra being fired, the answer is a very big yes but with some conditions.

If Miami can get better players during the offseason, Pat Riley will once again call the shots for Miami, just like what he did in 2006. Riley will protect his legacy and will not settle for anything less than a title. He's got Wade, LeBron, and Bosh.
