    gyud starting 2day no rice na, no pizza, no midnyt snack, no double dinner, and no more softdrinks.

    can i still eat some cereals?

    ako nimo bai mao ni gihimo sa among silingan ni gamay jud siya
    palit ka lettuce,carrots,singakamas,pipino,then salad dressing
    maoni kan-a permi...isulod lang fridge mas lami bugnaw kusog kaayo ni maka gamay.kinilo palita gudluck

    i actually pwede ra man ka mo eat og pizza. but limit it lang jud. u can eat anything. para dli ka magcrave. wagtanga lang jud ang rice and softdrinks. yeah no midnight snacks and double dinner.

    try fresh fruit/veggie juice every morning. use juice extractor.

    crash diet!! hehe..ayaw btaw eat oat meal every morning with fruit..niya pra d ka mag crave u eat anything lunchtime pero minimize lng ang fatty food niya sa dinner...eat like a beggar..gamay lng jud kay kung gabie dako kaon nah timbang dako pud kaau...

    diet and exercise lang bro. pero inanay lang. i reduce imo food intake. then kung mag exercise ka high intensity jud. kana jud panington kag maau. the more sweat the better. mahilis jud imo body fats ana. plus keep in mind that the best exercise for those who wanted to lose weight is "push away from the dining table". pero set realistic goals lang bro, like 5 lbs per month. ayaw sad pag ambition mo lose na ka ug 20lbs or more kay ma disappointed jud ka.
