I stopped my exercise program for 1 1/2 month, went to China and ate a lot there, but I didn't gain any weight, maintained @ 170lbs, even loose some weight there kay sige ra pud mi lakaw didto..
pag balik nako diri sa Pinas, nag palit akong dad og chocolates, 165lbs-170lbs ko ato, after eating some chocolates, I gained back 5lbs-8lbs.. wth?!? Toblerone, Mars og Kisses..
karon, I'm try to go back to 170lbs and lower..

A: Anything that you swallow in will surely add up to your body weight.. Even the clothes, shoes, etc that we wear can add up immediately to our weight. Diba?! Hehehe!
Eat a bunch of simple carbs than your recommended daily value and don't workout or do anything and it will surely stored as body fat and thus you gain body weight. Hehe!
rice, rice and rice, rice as well. try also rice. eat more rice..
