im targetting temp @ fully load gpu activity 99% 24/7 @ 45c

A friend of mine still running it on stock cooler while brute forcing gets 93c =( , side panel off + AC = 80-83c

No not 20c at fully loaded, Im asking whats your ambient temperatures.

If your ambient is like 20c then 45c at full load is possible.

Possible na kung aircon then gamay nga room ang 20C na ambient temp, or adto ka sa Mantalongon

45c is realy nice. ..hoping to finish this set up asap if all needed parts arrive.

Yeah 45c is nice, but it would really depend on your ambient temps which you havent given yet

Ang sa kaila nako at 100% fan speed sa 6990 while brute forcing is naa sa 77c naka aircon but wala koy idea how cold the aircon goes.. probably something like 23-24c

whew iam learning while reading...i have seen jojos rig working on brute force no ac 32 at full load dual loop...the heatkiller is really amazing...
