If you know you have a problem and doesn't bother to change it....

    then you are the problem...

kung sakto na ka nga edad, ayaw na lang iblame kung kang kinsa pa, buhata na lang kung unsay maau para ana nga sitwasyon nimu karon. blaming would not help.

people are given wisdom so we know what is right and what is wrong. its just that there are thousand and one reason why others choose to do whats wrong, esp young people for a lot of reasons that mature people might think is stupid. if u know what is right and u choose to do what's wrong, then blame not other people including your parents. blame yourself for not being smart enough to choose to do what is right. yes, people commit mistakes but its only a mistake when in the first place, u thought that was the right thing to do and realized later nga sayup diay. in the case nga u already know from the start ug unsay sakto, yet u choose to do the other, is something else na jud

both. because everything starts how your parents guide you and what they have taught you... partly, your fault if nig kadako nimu, you are aware of the things you do na bad however you do not choose to correct yourself.

ahy, kaugalingon oi.. we have to be responsible man sad ato kaugalingon.. yes we need guidance through our parents, but the thing that will matter most is 'ikaw, nga pagka ikaw.. ako nga pagka ako.. ug giunsa nimu ug hunahuna..' ana nga notion buh.. ang sa parents kay guide man lang jud na.. kadaghan uroy naku mga kaila na mohilak nalang ang ginikanan para matarung nang anak, pero sesss d jud madutlan.. kauban rana sa studyante nga naa kau sa expensive, prestigious institution, but ug di magtarung, ahw sikwati lang gihapun ang agi.

    just sayin'...

I believe it's both. But as you grow older, and older unti lyou reach the age of maturity then none is to blame but yourself because you already reach the age of reason to react and act accordingly.

Your parents play the role of your major influence to a certain stage in life. [infancy to adolescence]
In that time, the parents are to blame if any bad habbits develop or morals were missed.

Beyond that stage, when the individual is able to think abstractly and make decisions independently, he/she has his own shoulder to pat if things go right or wrong in life.

BUT, i don't think it is best to go pointing fingers and figuring out who is to blame. This wont solve anything.

What should be focused on is "what to do now?" - how are you going to correct the bad habbits and negative characteristics you have in yourself? What to do to change for the better.

    Cheers
