    just dont skip eating...3 times a day is good enough..avoid to much carbohydrates...exercise!

    Pa Lypo bai. paspas man gyud kaha imu gipangita.

    btaw, Excercise lng gyud bai like jogging and i control ang imung kaon. Minimize sad ang protein based foods bai.

    Fiber rich foods are a big help gyud.... try to replace your snacks with fibers... it absorbs fat, controls hunger pangs, and promotes good bowel environment... Exercise is secondary to Diet Modification....because its easier to gain weight by eating than lose weight through exercise.... losing weight instantly is a nightmare, its unrealistic, and just makes you feeling disappointed... You would rather have baby steps in losing weight and maintain these habits over time... slowly, you will lose weight at a healthy pace therefore you will not be sacrificing your health.... Losing weight doesn't equate to being Healthy...the process by which you lose weight matters more....

    , sus pagkabakakon. Niya kinsa ray giilad,ang kaugalingon. be real, and tell the world magpadaot ka dili lng sa sulti, kundi sa buhat. The world may not support you in your goal but you are the master of yourself.
    if determined ka mudaot jud ka. No skipping meals. Reduce pork and carbs like rice,noodles,cakes,sweets and pasta. All else ok, veggies,fruits,fish,beef. Ayaw tuo anang Low Choles or Low fat foods or sugarfree..char2x ra na in my opinion. and Move whenever you can. say no to Sedentary Lifestyle or in other words buhat sa baboy.

    lastly, likay sa appetizers like buwad or hipon or magpagutom! crackers are good substitutes.

    I maintained my weight since high school til now im working, im just saying. Right Discipline works, all the time.

    Discipline ra jud bitaw na. Last week, I weighed 170 lbs. Then my diet since Sunday started with very low-carb. Guess what? Ganiha, I weighed 162 lbs. Dali ra kaayo ko padauton. Gani lang, naka-piso lang ko sa akong gym instructor kay nganong nag low-carb daw ko nga di man daw dapat kay wa nakoy energy. Ingon siya, dili dapat wagtangon ang carbs sa diet kung nag gym ka kay it is our source of of energy which is basically correct. Take everything in moderation lang jud daw. 5 cups of rice a day would do + cardio exercise every other day and you would surely lose weight.
