Depende sa industry, depende pud sa "sayop".
hmm that's why there are house rules, policies, code of conduct and the likes.
the sanction and corrective actions will depend on the offense. If it's grave then it can't be mitigated and will be sanctioned heavy as serious as termination or suspension for days.
There are offenses or what you've just called mistakes @nailv that could lead up to heavy damages or will result to death which are obviously not forgivable.
In BPO/call center industry there are alot of reasons even a single offense could lead up to termination. neglect of duty, insubordination, falsification of docs, etc.
There are level of offenses; like lates, sleeping during working hours etc are some of the types of offenses na mag agi pag 1st, 2nd, 3rd even 4th offense para materminate.
mistakes are sometimes forgiven depending on its grave, seriousness and its consequence.
Another thing. You don't need to commit mistakes to learn that it's a mistake.
Im an Bank employee and I mistakenly Transferred 10 million pesos of banks money to my personal account and spend it - Can I have a second chance please?![]()
dpendi na sa nyung gipirmahan na code of conduct and ethics. naa didto ang supposed ethics and conduct na dapat sundon sa mga employees and specific punishment including second chances or immediate termination.
not all so called mistake is punishable by termination, dependi na sa ka lawm sa sala, but if nakasulat sa contract na grave misconduct nang gibuhat nmo, then nipirma pa jd ka, aw yayay na!
i agree, but i think in the end, it really depends on how big the mistake was.
