hotcake mix. you can store this for 2 to 3 months.
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon iodize salt
5 tablespoon sugar
mix it all up shake it shake it store in tupperware.
HOW TO USE YOUR MIX.
before making shake the mix to reincorporate your mix
2 cups hotcake mix the one you made.
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup milk add half a teaspoon or less of vinegar this will help your pancake to rise a little bit. para fluffy
3 tablespoon melted butter
if you want thicker pancakes use less liquid ie. water and milk
if you want thinner pancakes use more liquid.
another tip para d mugahi imong pancake murag goma. NEVER OVER MIX YOUR BATTER. to prevent the gluten from the flour to activate.

another tip. if you want softer pancakes use 3 cups all purpose flour and 3 cups cake flour.
if you want sweeter pancakes add more sugar. depede ra nimo.
