How can we validate a post to be a personal attack and not just humor? And how do we determine if a photo is intended for nudity or about humor?

Personal attack when it is intentionally edited to humiliate another member, either by putting his name on it or thru other obvious means.

resize images to maximum of 500 pixels... or use thumbnails
