NO NO NO if mo awol ka consider it as 0 experience
Pila na ka kaadlaw AWOL...if less than a week pa...you can go for emergency leave.
Patabang na lang og friend nga doctor to make up an illness.
better resign and render 30 days before leaving the company..some BPO companies will try to check the applicant's background before making their final decision and this is really true I have a team mate who AWOL-D coz of high call volume, after few months she applied to STREAM, she passed all exams but while waiting for her final interview she suddenly received a call from HR that she can't proceed to the next process because of her records.. tardiness..absences..and worst of all AWOL. Tsk Tsk never underestimate HR's coz they have the power to ruin you day (joke)
hmm in our company 2-3 days without notice from the employee iAwol na namo. bisan naa paka medcert for an illness UNLESS unconscious ka dili jud na ihonor. ngano gud tawn wala ka mag.inform na nasakit diay ka for days. (naay company, mostly japanese firms, basta mag no call no show ka just 1 day kay terminated naka. )
ang process ana magpadala mig RTWO (return to work order) if mobalik pa ang employee mag.admin hearing pero terminated japon iyang tenure unless naa siyay very valid reason.
Strict diay and uban company? Hehehe...in fairness...last company nako...don't care man au...
Basta inig balik naay medical certificate.
Well, that is one thing for you to regret about, daut kaayo sa career.
Learn from your mistakes na lang. Acting responsible always goes a long way.
One more thing, don't mention about your last employer. Don't allow them to open the topic.
If they ask you what you were doing for the past few years, tell them you were taking care of the family business

ayaw lang jud pasakop. pero bad jd ng mo awol oi...
lol? You don't need to mention your former employer coz they will ask and grind you a lot of questions about it. you can't change topic forGawdsake! it's always the main topic and their center of interest since it's your experience and your ticket to their company. You are there for an interview. They choose their questions and you only answer the questions and nothing else.
so if they ask you about your experiences you will answer "please dont ask that question?" haha
you cant always use "taking care of the family business" they will ask "so someone's taking care of it now?" then they will check your SSS contributions..
if naay nakalusot sa hR ana sa una, naka learn na sad ang HR ana run..
nag awol ko sauna kai na dawat man ko sa lain company
pang apply nako sa lain company wala nako gi butang sa resume nga currently employed ko
pwede baya nila i check sa SSS ug uban pa pero gi dawat man ko kapoy man resign.. awol nalang
those were the days
karon buotan nko
