Pilipinas Got Talent.. They should change the judges.

They should change the title to "Pilipinas Got Singing". Before the Rico vs Madrigal showdown, almost 3/4 of the semifinalists are singers so yeah, an average singer can beat anyone with great talent on any given day.

Rico was supposed to be my bet not just for the night but for the whole show but Kris and Aiai just ruined it.

First, Rico got the second most votes so that should have been a factor. The people liked him more over the Madrigal siblings.

Second, with all the great singers, where does the Madrigals stand? They might be good, average so to speak but they ain't that great.

Third, look at last season, Jovit over the Velasco brothers? Alakim? Singers are all over the world, it is no longer a rare act. But can a lot of people do what did the Velasco brothers do? Have the skills of Alakim?

Apart from the judges, the system should be changed. Maybe 50% coming from votes and 50% coming from the judges? There are a lot of flaws and great talents are just thrown into waste.

i agree with you guys...maypa dili na lang ni Pilipinas Got Talent ang title show..maypa Pilipinas Got Singers..sige lang kanta-kanta...nakakaumay na....^_^

That's why I like Talentadong Pinoy over PGT... PGT's judges are incompetent aside siguro ka FG...
Unsahay klaro kaayo nga ila lang pasudlon ang contestant kay good looking, usahay kinalouy pud. They should remember that this is a talent show, bisan unsa pana ila hitsura or miserable pa na ila life that should be out of the criteria..

As I said on the other thread, nobody holds the future. Even Charice didn't win on “Little Big Star” but where is she now? Swerte2x lang jud na sa life and its not the end of the world. Its their decision, let us respect theirs. Its also inappropriate to say nga puol na ang singing and dancing. These are still talents. Dili lang jud swerte si Mang Rico kay puro great performers iyang kontra.

It's just a plain criticism about the show and such criticism could help ABS CBN and PGT get better. So far, the overall sentiment of the people is the same, Rico was the better one and Kris and Ai ai are giving more emphasis on singing and looks in general. It's not about swerte2 sa kinabuhi but rather ABS CBN and PGT living up for what "Got Talent" really is. Talent is not only about singing and is definitely not about looks. It's either they don't recognize talents other than singing and dancing or they're just plain biased.
