If you'll be staying in Santiago Bay Resort of course you have to expect dollar pricing, but if you'll just bring a tent and some food then Santiago Bay is the place for you. Staying in the resort is the same as camping out, it's just one shoreline. Free entrance, and you can buy food anywhere.
If you want a nice diving spot then Mangodlong is the place for you, so bring your snorkels. I would suggest that if you guy's are going to Camotes make sure you bring enough food so that you won't go to the trouble of spending more than what you are expecting. And FYI Santiago Bay and Mangodlong are far from the town proper.

Ok ra pd ang food, di kaau tantung dollars, reasonable ra.. lami jung sinigang na babuy..hahaa.. sa mangodlong, dagko2 ang servings, mao nahan pd ko.hehe..
naa pay buko juice na kat-katon ra dhas tungod sa inyong table para m-prepare..hehe, lingaw au, fresh na fresh!
