mamaya na habit is as rampant as the jeepneys trying to stop out of the loading and unloading areas in cebu..(or anywhere else in the country, i guess) i think if you get yourself a personal trainer that would be a lot better. or you may designate a friend to do the task! =)
dont think nag diet ka para dle hasol sa mind. .think of eating right,and just be fit. . dont be in a hurry. .
example,imo day to day rice per meal is 1cup rajud na. .make it a habit. .then apili pod ug exercise. .
why ma frustrate ta daun kung dle mka lose ug wt?bec. nag huna huna tag short cut. . losing wt takes time. .
There is no challenge in losing weight . Its just a matter of discipline in burning calories and eating the right diet regimen .
My advice ? If you food trip , eat at least 6 to 8 meals a day to include 2 snacks in between meals but of coure you have to cut down the portions . That way , you wont overeat and you wont be craving .
By the way , ideal to lose those excess fats are 1 - 2 lbs a week . Anything more than that is considered abrupt and will not be healthy at all .

I always make sure I don't eat everything on my plate, I leave about half of it. I imagine the palm of my hand and that's about the serving size for me. Make sure you don't shove it down too fast, slow down, it takes time for your body to signal itself that its full. If I crave sweets, I just take a few bites and leave it in my mouth so I can have the taste longer.

To start , why dont you just put something in your plate na you know you can finish it and not overeating .
Again , maski pila ra ka hungit ang kan-on ninyo but still walay variety of choices sa gikaon that belongs to the foood groups of 1 , 2 and 3 or from the go , grow and glow ... walay mahitabo gihapon .
