@explode
heheh.. i think hindi po kasama ang liquid cooling. mahal masyado and no plans to OC.
@powermove
visually di jud ko ganahan sa noctua. lain kaayo ang color. so pass ra ko sa noctua coolers, unless they have a different color.
@earlz
I did read some reviews about thermaltake silver arrow and archon pero wala man gud na compare ang noise level. Also, they are both more expensive than the mugen 2 rev b and coolermaster v8 cpu.
So, im still sticking with Scythe mugen 2 rev B or Coolermaster v8 (mainly because it looks really cool with my black rig =P)
Thanks for the replies guys.
Mas maayo tingali ang Mugen, CM isnt known for silent coolers/fans. Sycthe on the other hand is on that market.
naa man diay fan less na cooler:
Thermalright HR-02 but a bit more expensive than the mugen 2. I saw one selling it for 3700 at TPC.
What do you think guys ok ra ni siya HR-02? Mahadlok pud ta walay fan, though pwde siya butangan.
ayaw anang fanless...walai fanless cooler maka kaya sa 130w sa i7...kung dili ka mag overclock, use the stock cooler nalang...the money you save e-add nalang na palit ug higher spec processor...
Ok ra lagi kini na review: Thermalright HR-02 Review » Page 4 - Testing: Setup & Results - Overclockers Club
gamit niya kay i7 920 stock 2.66ghz and OCed 3.4ghz @ 1.27V
Stock @ 2.66GHz
w/out fan 35C sa idle
w/out fan 60C sa load (Prime95)
OCed @ 3.4Ghz
w/out fan 36C idle
w/out fan 70C load (Prime95)
There is also a good review from guru3d: Thermalright HR-02 CPU cooler review
Actually, you can also add a fan to Thermalright HR-02 cooler, if you want to lessen the temp. Though you'll be adding noise to it.
^^^ try to pm centax_error lang...sya nakapalit sa akong HR-02...

Actually agree ko nimo sa looks but ang NH-D14 is currently the best performing fan right now for 1366 according to the reviews. They say it's the best because it not only cools very well but is very quiet daw. Drawback is price and of course the weird looks (mostly the color scheme)
