i was able to ship my dog last month manila-cebu thru cebpac cargo, all u need is the vet record and pay the fee of around 300+ depending on the size of the cage and weight of the dog. dats all i did...i got my dog safe and sound... = )

Bro, when shipping puppies of 2 months of age, please secure health certificate from a vet which will state that the pup is healthy with the reg. shots but since its too young to be given a rabies shot this certificate will allow pup to travel. I hope this helps. good luck.
