Depende pod na sa imong life style........how can you be happy "generally" if you have issues with your co worker or superior....or having a high paying job w/o a life (have no time with family because you are so drained from work).....no security of tenure....like in most call centers...i've been in big centers but i choose to stay in a mid size...coz i know mag dugay ko....might as well spend wisely... w/c i think the best way and at the same time the hardest thing to do. because there a lot of temptation around us.....what i mean is our "WANTS" but if you found a job that compensates both maayo....

u have a point there pero aside sa salary naa paka uban e consider like
ang management, ang benefits, ang environment esp the people you work with
so maskin dako paka ug salary bt bati ang management or ang environment,.. na d nalang ko

ofcourse we focus on salary side, we can't be happy kung igo rasad iplete ang atong sweldo haha..

sa karon mu matter na jud nga dako sweldo kay lisod na ang panahon, dapat practical ka.
like me, katong bag-o pa ko ga start sa work happy kaayo ko coz im working with the company which i've always dreamed to be in pero kadugayan na realize nako nga dili lang happiness ang iconsider dapat ang stability and security pud, and that includes the compensation one is getting..
