Hahaha OMG are you guys kidding me. Fracia was a terrible manager at MCIAA. The security process he implemented there is over the top and hilarious, its as if we're living in Basilan and not Cebu.

Every foreigner I've spoken to who's landed at MCIAA has found the security methods there both funny and retarded. Imagine, they force cars to circle around like vultures until the passengers are actually outside waiting in the intense heat.. what a f*king idiot this guy is. If this is the quality of graduates our PMA is producing, then PMA needs to be razed to the ground and we might as well accept our new Chinese overlords because there is no way in hell these bunch of *****s will be able to mount a defense should we get invaded by a foreign country.

It was fine before they implemented this stupid car circling scheme, so it will be fine when they take it away too. Maybe they should try it.

Besides, the reasons they provide as to why they do this is for security, not traffic..
