    if naa kay denr permit then most likely you can be issued a transport permit. depending on what country you are bringing it into, you'll also have to check what their requirements are.

    mahimuan lang na ug papers if ang imung gi palitan naay permit pud.

    the sulcata tortoise as i mentioned is listed as 'vulnerable' in the IUCN Red List. which means that the sale/trade of this specie is not permitted.

    im not familiar with exporting exotics but when importing you need to get permits from country of origin and country of destination and you cannot bring your pet with you like you're goona have if checked in during your trip but you have to ship it separately. domesticated animals like dogs is much easier and different
