    kanang prunes daw... fiber and an antioxidant... (sakto ba? nakadungog ra man ko ani...)

    yeah! prunes are rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants also. actually, daghan man jud ang sources of antioxidants.
    vitamin C is also another type of antioxidant.

    well, daghan naman nuon mga studies karon claiming taht coffee is rich in antioxidants. mo tuo baya ko.
