kex: i tried.. member bitaw ko.. but im not satisfied sa ilang "service". yea, i agree man na maka kuwarta ka.. pero doul ra na ug pyramiding. kay wat the people are concentrating are the referall, not anymore the products.

Thats why i stoped. i dont want ma among ang uban ana. Kay i myself was dissatisfied gyud.

just to clarify things... all pyramiding schemes will be shot down by DTI late this year to mid next year... so if you have plans of investing your money and effort to an MLM company... investigate, investigate, investigate! here in cebu there are few legitimate MLM company, its really up to you to investigate which legitimate MLM company you will be interested in.

also, mr. j_ybanez elaborated the topic even more. the idea is investigate, investigate and investigate. HOW? research thru the internet or ask questions

I'm just sooo skeptical about any MLM.

I remember a female agent recruiting me to Forever Living and that her Civic VTI-S was about to be given to her. Ni-laos na lang nag Forever Living bisan seatcover sa Civic wala gyu'y gi deliver.

Sa Nu Skin pud ang speaker earns, would you believe? 500k a week! let's cut him a little slack and let's say it's just monthly.Â* He said that he frequently travels, roams around the mall, drink coffee at Bo's [at that time]Â*and shopping almost everyday. Â*So I profiled him materially.Â* He was wearing a non signature almost faded colours shirt, jag jeans, a local laced shoes probably gibi, a timex watch with no jewellry whatsoever and had a so-so cellphone but of course he could always say that is his preference, to be low key.Â* For chrissakes I don't even know if he had a car or not.Â* If a person earns that much and that easily I think even the most humble person would buy a little luxury for himself. So it totally doesn't make sense.

The bad thing about friends involved in MLM is that they become so persistent and annoying to the point that they will actually hunt you down. So we in turn, as much as possible tend to get away from them thereby straining the friendship/acquaintance. I tell you, these people are natural bounty-hunters. They are like those pesky credit card collection agents.

When an MLM agent approaches me, I immediately think that they are Tommy Lee Jones and I am Harrison Ford in The Fugitive. hehehe!!!

Remember in the principles of marketing, the powerful phrases "So what?" and "What if..." should be fully satisfied. All I can say that there has never been a single MLM and I have attended seminars, to my knowledge, almost all MLM's in Cebu City and not a single one, satisfied those phrases completely.

lytslpr: i agree jud sa imo sulti. and naa ko sa nuskin. i think i know who you are talking about. naay daghan ana sa nuskin, however, it is in our trainings that we dont say how much we are earning kay its not in nuskin to convince, we only give out the correct information. (sometimes the most innocent information can destroy a persons trust)

if you would only care to listen to a knowledgeable nuskin executive you would really find out that its only nuskin that have a global seamless compensation plan. not unary (juvio) not binary (all other MLM's out there) and the products can stand on its own.

these are a few facts that sets nuskin apart from any other MLM not only in cebu but all over the world.

the company may matter a little bit, but it still boils down to the effort applied.
