I highly recommend Michael (AKA as michele)... I used to have classes with him at City Sports Club... he's really nice and accomodating to beginners. He doesn't pressure beginners. But I stopped coz I got really busy.

I have been to a lot of pilates/yoga classes (trial sessions) in other sports club in the city and personality-wise, Michele is the best and nicest. You can call City Sports Club at 415-8700 ang connect to GYM.

hi! ive heard holiday spa offers yoga and pilates.. they have there promo package of 6,000 for 3months + 1month free... the promo is until july 31 as they told me.. it has unlimited access to all group exercises classes(mon-sat) and other facilities of the spa...

city sports club offers pilates too for 2,800 good for 12sessions/guests(sponsored) and 2,500 for members.. weekdays only.. and walk in classes are 300 per session...
