    We jog at Abellana around 6:30-7:30pm. Kitakits nya!

    kung everyday ka mg jog, pilia ang buntag ky kung mag ulan pwde pka mo jog sa gabie. heheh...nindot buntag labaw na 4am ky bugnaw2x pa bahala panington. kung gnahan ka dghan ug tawo ky sa sabado sa buntag.

    kung morning mga between 4am-5am ko magstart ug jogging ana bro

    if in the evening mga between 6pm-7pm ko magstart ug jog ana

    wala man ka nibutang ug reason y mag jogging ka para unta mahatagan kag advantages ug disadvantages ana nga nga mga tym

    basta ang ako lang ana bro disiplina ra na xa bro

    Salamat sa mga advices ninyu....

    Mag jog ko to regain oxygen...hehe sakto ba?..
    Dugay2x napud ko wala ka exercise...after my ojt, bira ko'g exercise.. ^^,

    and katong mo jog sa Abellana every afternoon - evening kita kits...

    ang problem nako sa buntag kai layo man amoa then murag wa ko naanad mata sayo kaayo.. pero I'll try..

    i think.. imong ma burn mostly ky glycogen nga na store gikan sa breakfast ug lunch.. usa pud, kung mgjog ka morning, increased imong metabolism throughout the day.

    kung mao na imong reason to jog, para mgpataas endurance, i think dli kaau mu-matter kanusa ka mgjog basta mgjog lng ka.. hehe
