let's give him the benefit of the doubt at this time.

wala pa man ta kahibaw sa rason ngano nag sweldo na cya minimum wage...although its illegal, pero let him explain his side.

yup let him explain sad.. wala man cya ni explain in details pod. ato paminawon daw... naa man daghan nag minimum wage diri sa cebu. but mostly naa jd reason.. on the bright side, mas maau nalang minimum wage kaysa walay work/work but dii jd maau sa side sa employee pod.

Bisan na... It's not an excuse to say nga maayo nalang nang naay trabaho/sweldo kaysa wala. What if kamo ang naa sa ilang side? It's really a modern form of slavery. Sweldohan lang ang tao, para lang mabuhi igka ugma, naay makaon ug maka tolgan, para maka trabaho ug balik nimo.

If you are the employer, you are not helping these people, rather you are helping yourself, because it is you and your family who are enjoying the profits.

Anyway, let's hear what the TS has to say, maybe he has his reasons why he's paying below minimum wages to his poor employees.

look for a lawyer to assist you..

look for a lawyer, pay back wages to your employees, and make sure if you still have plans to continue your manpower agency business, please pay them at minimum wage.

Unless you would prefer being ka-bro with the Dancing Inmates...

truly is, agency workers are paid by our clients. we are just receiving an agency charge of ten pesos per day for their services in behalf of our agency. Our client (confidential) e.g. mepza, san miguel are paying the minimum wage to our employees.

what i learned is that, there is such a business permit that allows an employer to be excempt on min. labor wage and some other taxes, esp. if your capital is less than 3M then ur qualified. (BMBE Barangay Micro Business Enterprises)

I appear before the labor legal councel last week, we will be having another hearing together with our client. AND as soon as possible, il get a lawyer. Thanks ninyu tanan.
