We do not really care much how many programming languages or platform the programmer knows. We need programmers who can grasp concepts swiftly and have strong analytical abilities. Iphone development is just a platform(if you go deeper it is still C language added with Object oriented concepts). We had even chosen a smart fresh graduate than someone who had been in an industry for so long some of which already had a high rank position in their company.

If I am reading you right, what you meant is that if a candidate is evaluated and found to be deserving of a 100K salary then your company will give him/her that.

It's quite sad to lose our very good programmers and see them go to countries like Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore kay they feel di sila matarung ug sweldo diri sa atoa. They say OK ra man unta dili ra mohawa basta ma-swelduhan ra sila ug sakto -- or at least duol² lang.

Yes, of course there is an entrance exam. First interview, Second interview. Then a final interview.
Hiring process needs a lot of patience, applicant will need to undergo to 3 levels of screening. We are really very careful choosing employee. We really aim for quality not for quantity.

Based on my own perspective, the salary range these good programmer(assuming they are really good) may be have, [granted they will be working in that countries] may be higher from what the company can offer here(Of course, this is decided to the top management, which I have a little knowledge of, due (of course) to secrecy and confidentiality of such matter which is normal to any other company you may haved been employed). But the company is fair enough to give bonuses to projects undertaken, aside from salary wages.

If I may react to your earlier statement, I think ang advertisement ni ingon man specific ug mga programming language skills. Yes I understand that these are mere programming languages. If you are then after programmers that can "grasp concepts swiftly and have strong analytical abilities" then that should have been the highlight on the advertisement specifically on the requirements section. Otherwise, the enumeration of programming languages required is but a nuisance.

Also, the mention of 50k for "strong candidates" tells that it is already somewhere near the ceiling already even if you mentioned that salary is dependent on expertise.

Even so, I'd like to explore career opportunity sa inyo company kung dawat mo telecommute and part time.

hi! nagwork sad ko sa CMIL. Working environment..nindut kaayo diri brad kay wala mi dress code basta presentable lang ka tan-awon ba, dili kaayo strikto as long as di sab ka makasamok sa imong mga kauban. working hours ug workload? kay wala sad mi time in time out or late, hehe. pero expected sab ka nga 40 hours kada week mu work, naa ra na nimo unsaon pagtunga2 sa imong uras. basta ayaw lang sab abusar. hehehehe. Basta we do our job, lingaw gyud kaayo ang work ngari.

kanang 50K, as the advertisement says, depende ra gyud imong salary sa imong expertise. If you deserve 50K, then so be it. ok raman dili ka kibaw sa tanan technologies ngara basta kamao, dali makat-un ba, maayo, bisan gani fresh grad.

    PS: Hi eclipsegenesis.
