    @TS: dawata na ang offer...aside from that pwede ra man ka mo resign dayun within a week kung dili paka regular employee...kung probationary pa ka mas maau kay maka hawa ka dayun.

    If I were you, I should have considered the financial strength,
    the industry structure, the manpower benefits (your professional
    programme for advancement), etc. of the employing companies.

    Based on these criteria, you can definitely decide which among
    the recruiting companies offers you the best.

    you could say that but what if lets say 2 or more different companies that you are applying for are the same and they have what you mentioned above... sure it would make ur future a bit secured but it will also end up making the applicant confused should those companies give the applicant a hard time choosing for the right opportunity
