IMHO, preferred "C Language" ang unahon for newbie...

Don't worry. Dili na maguba imung PC ana kung first time pa nimu mag-program2x. I suggest you start first with C den you go to high level programming. I suggest nga dili nlng ka mag-Assembly language kay usually pang-Computer Engineering rman na xa.

i agree w/ stealthghost and niegyl, start first w/ structural programming para mas mkasabot jud ka. C kasagaran foundation sa mga languages and it gives you a nice practice w/ your algorithms.

hehe. sakto sila. ug newbie pa ka, wala kay angay kahadlukan unless nagplano ka nga magdula sa assembly langauge, good luck nlng daan kay sayup ka gamay kay naah..hahaha. pero I think I agree with them C, C man sab ko gastart pero I think Java is ok raman sad. anyway..programming language doesn't really matter. what matters is kibaw ka sa concepts nga kailangan (algo and all those stuff).
