traditionally in france cream puff is filled with whipped cream and dusted with icing sugar, eclairs which is made the same way as cream puff but oblong shaped is filled with custard and glazed in chocolate. profiteroles looks like a cream puff but its filled with ice cream im a home baker and i accept orders
