The Utilization Management/Clinical Documentation Nurse provides prospective, concurrent, and retrospective clinical review of patient records to evaluate the need for and utilization of acute care services and to provide payors with requested information regarding patient stay. Ensures the patient care team is aware of general length of stay requirements for all patients. Facilitates appropriate physician documentation to accurately reflect patient severity of illness and risk of mortality/morbidity. Provides clinical knowledge and data collection for quality improvement initiatives. The Utilization Management/ Clinical Documentation Nurse plays a significant role in optimizing appropriate reimbursement for acute care services.

LICENSED UNITED STATES REGISTERED NURSE for CALL CENTER AGENT POSITION
Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone calls pertaining to health related inquiries and concerns which are basic and routine in nature.
* Use computerized system to provide information and answer health related questions as prompted by incoming calls.
* Asks probing questions for more data as necessary
* Process customer calls consistent with program specified strategies and customer satisfaction measurements to include but not limited to proper answering procedure, e.g. opening and closing remarks
* Follow and adhere to prescribed training methods
* Serve as first level contact for customer complaint resolution
* May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to Supervisors or QAs

Requirements:
Candidate must
* be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
* possesses a valid and active nursing license (Philippines and US)
* preferably with an IELTS, TOEFL or CGFNS certificates
* have at least 1 year of working experience in related field is an advantage
* be a Filipino citizen or holds relevant residence status
Job Qualifications
* Must have the interest to serve patients with care and empathy
* Must have demonstrated PC knowledge including but not limited to Windows and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including graveyard, weekends and overtime as necessary
* Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
* Must have effective written and oral communication skills and able to maintain confidentiality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented to work in a high stress environment
* Possesses critical thinking skills
* Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
* Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines
* Able to type 30 wpm with 3% errors or less
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
