    i think cross dressing na ang pag.wear ng girly jeans, those type na skinny with small back pockets, then girl fitted shirts. allowed man yan sa cc. just think, kahit saang corporate setup, di allowed ang cross dressing, except ata sa mga magazine company where your attire is part of your job. remember, its u who is aftr the company, u applied for the job. its not the company who's after you, or just went to your house and offerd u a job.

    This situation is still in a "gray area" . This is still an ongoing issue in Western countries .

    dili mana matawag na discrimination, bisan tingali ug dili pa call center nga company kung makig meet ka ug client unya magbinabayi ka, nindot ba gud na tanawon.

    dli man siya matawag na discrimination. a company reserves the right to have their own set of policies,..if you can't live by it then might as well find a company na dli strict specially when it comes to dress code.
