not seeing many iPad users around here so far...
well i like my iPad... my laptop is getting jealous right now. :)

Same here. Don't get me wrong I still use a desktop and my laptop to do work, but my iPad has become that device to consume media.

I browse the web and check my emails on it, I read the news, read magazines on it now, read ebooks, play games, and stream movies on it. It's been a great experience.

yes that's true, esp when it's has an apple price premium..

I agree with you with Apple's desktop and laptop offering, but when it comes to the other consumer devices they sell, it's pretty much on par with everyone else I reckon.

Their iPod line is as commodity as you can get right now, and it's really not that more expensive than what Sony is offering.

From where I live, buying the iPhone hardware (without any contract attached) is almost the same price as buying the other smartphones on the market (eg. Samsung Galaxy S, Nokia N8).

And when you look at what US network carriers are charging for the new Samsung Galaxy Tab, the iPad actually starts at a very attractive price point.

My friend just told me that TJ Maxx will be selling Ipad at $399 but it did not say which TJ Maxx... we have TJ Maxx close to our house... will just cross my fingers hoping there will be, if not, it's fine.

i just got my Camera Connection Kit (SD card reader and a USB host port) - this is a must if you want to do some cool hacking, attach HDD, keyboards, etc etc..

updated to iOS 4.2.1 - unfortunately can't jailbreak for now, well nice to have multitasking though

Best buy outlet in atlanta. Where u at? Try target, fry's, walmart.. Or just order from amazon..
