She was misinformed and was only doing her job. Binay didn't make it such a big issue or asked for a public apology of some sort, did he? If he didn't nor should we have qualms about it.

arrogant as they is (according to you) but i pretty sure you still use all the things made from that arrogant country...

truly is hypocrisy is still a cancer of our society..

i dont side with the americans or binay... i dont like people who jumps into conclusion...
Did i jump the gun? Yes i did..

Here's my small brain's understanding of the incident:

-it happened at the VIP area. If you are at the focal point of security, obviously you had passed all the previous layers of stringent security points before you even get there..

-Aside from Clinton himself, the only people who was expected to be at the VIP area are the US Secret service and its Philippine counterpart, selected organizers, dignitaries and other important persons on the said list..

    - VP Binay was there. A female aide of clinton shouted at Binay and asking him to leave the area. The rest is history. . .

-In that situation or environment, is there a need to be rude and shout at high level dignitaries or vips?

-More interesting to note is if she didn't commit any mistake or wrongdoing, why did she apologize in the first place right there?

-In my own opinion, what VP Binay is after is not the miscommunication issue rather it is the way how these people handle and perform their jobs.. Especially their job includes dealing with foreign diplomats/dignitaries..

If only she had politely asked Binay to leave the area, it would have been settled right there, this issue would not have reached the public..

By the way, yes i do use some (not all) american products but how does that translate to my opinion about their government? I don't see any connection...

Call it hypocrisy all the way, i don't care. Did you know that hypocrisy is virtually everywhere and not only in our society? Look at the Americans we all behold to.. Their government and most of the americans fear and hate the rise of China. Lo and behold! More than half of the things inside their homes are Made in China! You want proof?? Go to Walmart..

Me too i don't side with Binay. I don't even like him. This is about how foreign nationals deal with us.. Peace
