hey thanks for the info. at first, di ko ganahan sa ila trainers baya kay dagko ug tiyan.. hehehe.. saun. pero now that i've read this rant, i want to thank you ryan.. i almost signed up na baya jud unta. good thing my bf told me to think about it.

Yes... ilang trainers di kaayo mo help unless you pay for personal training which is 7,000 for 10 sessions! Grabe ka mahal. Sometimes samok na kaayo coz everytime we go there, sigeg remind and trainer ug "unsa man? kuha na mo ug personal training para ma focus nato inyong target areas"... grabe mi gisamokan na... Murag politiko kaayo didto.

That is too bad. I was a fitness first member, and nibalik nasab ko since i do like their services and facilities. I am not sure how it works there in cebu but what i know of is that membership for fitness first is lifetime and you pay a monthly fee(which i think is for the upkeep of the facilities/machines you use regularly).

My cousin also had the experience that she was wrongly billed for a month. Nagreklamo sya and giuli man sab sa iya. They did not bill her for the next month. Kinahanglan lng jud na you set aside the time to follow up kay dili lng baya ikaw ang customer nila. If they have a high rate for such errors/
complaints. I'm sure they are also doing double time in fixing their errors(hopefully).

I guess this is a lesson learned, that one should ask what is stated in the applications you are signing. Always ask questions when you are in doubt.
Never plunge into a contract if there is anything left that is unclear. Never Assume. It is when we make our own assumptions that we make mistakes.

I'm sorry for your terrible experience.

i have the same problem with fitness first. and the sad fact is that they never informed that they are going to do an auto debit to my credit card monthly.

and yes they have a horrible staff. i had an argument with their spin class so called coach who underestimated me.

they should change their name from fitness first to Money Thirst

yeah. my bestfriend transferred there form metro sports but he said they are just plain sh**ty... well, good luck to those still left there.
