sometimes dirty thoughts can help.....I do it sometimes and effective siya maka sleep ra man sab ko..kay kapoyon ra pud ko maski wa koy gbuhat...hahahaha

hmmmm... i have read somewhere sa net that antioxidants helps you have productive sleep... so what i did, i tried to look for supplements nga taas ug antioxidant level... ayun... i found USANA's essentials supplements... i tried it and nindot jud aku tulog after two weeks of use... ang nakapait lang kai sa first few days naku ug take, pirme ku gduka... only did i realize nga g.bawi diay aku tulog... mura btaw g.correct aku system... i had my teammate try it nga grabeh k.insomniac... ayun... one week jud siya gduka... in short, grabeh jud diay g.correct iya body... after that, okay na au iya tulog... my point here is that WE NEED TO SUPPLEMENT OURSELVES WITH ANTIOXIDANTS THAT WORKS!![]()
