ASUS China Announces NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 Recommended Retail Price by VR-Zone.com
Less than four hours ago, we discovered an online Chinese technology forum organising a mass purchase for the yet-to-be-released NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580. Right now, we're staring at ASUS's website - which lists the recommended retail price (RRP) in RMB.
The fastest 2010 GeForce will sell for 4799 RMB, which translates to approximately 719 USD.
We expect street prices to be lower, especially with AMD threatening to take a grand share of the discrete graphics pie with its upcoming Radeon HD 6900 series of graphics accelerators.
It is hard to believe it that consumers will be informed of retail prices this fast, but you can click on the link and see for yourself.
